GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS: No pre-registration is required for amateur athletic events, competitors may register from 12:01 p.m. to end of first massed bands (approx. 12:45 p.m. on Games Day).  For professionals all heavy events except hammer throw are offered. For amateurs the caber and sheaf toss are held. Contact above for competition information.
