Scottish Games have been celebrated in the Syracuse, NY area for 67
years
with the current games hosted by CNY Scottish Games, Inc. a non-profit
organization.
The Central New York Scottish Games committee invites you to attend
the
CNY Scottish Games and Celtic Festival at Long Branch Park in
Liverpool,
NY for an experience you will never forget!
Come to Syracuse, NY area and join us in the wee morning hours
Saturday,
August 9 and allow us to bring Scotland to you. The aroma of Scottish
and
American Food, the skirl of pipes, the cadence of the drums, the awe of
massed bands, the beauty and form of the dancers, the strength of the
athletes
and the feeling of clanship all contribute to hours of nostalgia and
pure
enjoyment!
Schedule is 9:00 to 6:00 on Saturday the 9th. The day is
full
of activities.. the earlier you get there the better the parking place
you'll get.. but if you can't spend all day.. about 10:00 to ... would
still be enough time.

through gate admissions and your participation. Information
Liverpool, NY, (Syracuse area) is mid-state at the junction of
Interstates
81 and 90 (the NYS Thruway) and is gateway to the beautiful Adirondacks
and the Finger Lakes region.
DIRECTIONS
Exit NY Thruway (I-90) exit 39, route 690 East. Take first right past
the
toll booth - 690 East. Follow this road about 1 mile and exit at Exit
4,
John Glenn Blvd. Turn right at the first traffic light onto Long Branch
Road - continue about 0.6 of a mile to Long Branch Park.
